We are a bunch of people who program in php and work in web development. The knowledge of this group is very broad ranging, and several members program in a variety of platforms including LAMP, Java and Microsoft. During the evening arrivals break out into small groups as people find the conversations that fit their interest and need for knowledge (or desire to share it).

UK Smarty Templating Workshop (Every Second Thursday of the month) [Training] (United Kingdom)
Separating content from presentation code is an essential part of producing maintainable, scalable applications. This one day training course shows how templating frameworks can be used to help do this quickly and simply. The course introduces a number of available templating layers, while focusing on Smarty. You will learn the concepts and benefits of using a templating layer, as well as the essential Smarty syntax.

Workshops are held at our offices in Bromsgrove (South of Birmingham, excellent motorway links for M6/M5, M40, M42)
